There's Equanimity In All Of Us

Our summer edition of Equanimity is at Barnes & Noble bookstores... AND you can get your copy autographed by our cover model Jennifer Styers.  Jennifer is on a mission of love!  Check out her story and meet her in person on June 15, 2010, starting from 5pm-7pm at Barnes &  Noble located at 7700 West Northwest Hwy, Ste 300, Dallas, TX 75225.   Our goal is to sell ALL copies on the shelves and have Barnes & Noble SOLD OUT! We will interview fans in lines and try to get various media coverage on location.

Equanimity is found in all of us, and we have some very interesting people sharing their lives with us, giving us tips to pass onto our readers and helping us help others find peace and balance.  We were in Cool, Texas a few days okay to talk to American Idol contestant Casey James and his family.  Can you imagine coming from a small Texas town and getting into the finals of American Idol???   Well, although he has been voted off the popular show, we know it's not the last you will hear of Casey... and plus... some of his fans remark, "He's really easy on the eyes!"  Yep, Casey you certainly have that going for you too!  Then another reality star Kwame Jackson spent some time with us.   Speaking of easy on the eyes... You know Kwame, he was a contestant on the inaugural season of The Apprentice.   Kwame says "We have our whole lives to be ordinary, and only a few fleeting moments to be extraordinary!"  And speaking extraordinary, our chat with Fashion Designer Nesa Fab has enlightened all of us here at Equanimity.  You get your groove on, and the balance comes...

We are gearing up for a Barnes & Noble Covergirl promo, and the July 10 Face of Simply AfroSheek Contest.  And it's not too late to advertise with us.  Our package includes a digital video or audio inside our digital edition along with your Ad.  We believe in seeing, hearing and growing... so come grow with us!

Until later...
peace + balance = Equanimity
