Finding Inspiration Through Challenge

Well, the time has arrived for Ben Lecomte's kick-off swim event taking place Saturday, November 12 in Dallas at The Cooper Institute  at Cooper Aerobics Center.  Ben is our next cover model and is on a mission.  You can read all about his next epic cross Pacific swim in Equanimity’s next edition.  It’s all about challenges and facing adversity.  Ben is swimming as he says, “to change the tide of cancer research and find my inspiration in the lives of cancer patients and their families.”  Learn about why that is so important to him when Equanimity goes one on one with Ben.  Until then you can check out Ben Lecomte’s kick off swim at The Cooper Institute from 11am until 4pm this Saturday.

Check out Darrell Roach Designs, LLC, the jewelry designer for Equanimity and The Longest Swim. You won't get your eyes off his jewelry. Also, check out our friends and partners, ThereIsNoSky and All Walks Enterprise. They bring peace + balance to both Equanimity and The Longest Swim.

Our next edition will also feature the award winning best-selling author, Barbara Gordon.  Whose international best seller, I’m Dancing As Fast I Can has been translated into 9 languages.  Barbara’s career has ranged from a documentary filmmaking to writing for NBC’s Today Show…  Currently she lectures and continues to work on writings for her next book.  And also coming up in our next edition, you’ll meet Africa’s Top Designer David Tlale, find out how he was able to shut down the Nelson Mandela Bridge with an explosive fashion show.

Equanimity is there to share balance and inspiration to all… You can check out our latest edition now at www.equanimitymag.com, and as we work to bring you the next… just remember that

Peace + Balance = Equanimity
